Finding a home with roommates is easy on Co-Living. Co-Living removes the time, stress, and guesswork. Once you become a member, you can browse our properties and see who else is living in the home! All roommates, or Co-Living Mates as we call them, are screened, which makes finding a roommate even easier!

To foster a trusted co-living environment, Co-Living requires all members to verify their identity and submit to a background screening. We also require all rooms to be equipped with a personal lock that can be used at the discretion of each individual member. Finally, members may transfer to another Co-Living home; a member's first room transfer is always free.
