Testimonials
I had a smooth and comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Great service overall!
Angela R.
The place was convenient and affordable. I had my own space, access to a shared kitchen, and laundry services. The area was peaceful and safe. Just had a minor issue with the water pressure at first, but it was fixed quickly.
Mark T.
Really enjoyed my stay here! The room had everything I needed—bed, cabinet, table, and strong internet. The common areas were always clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for students or working individuals. Highly recommended!

When you live in Co-Living, you pay one bill each week which covers your rent, utilities, and free perks like credit reporting and telehealth services. Not only are you saving money, but you’re building your credit score with each on - time payment. Check out our Member Savings Calculator to see how much you can save.

Great news! There is no minimum credit score required to live in Co-Living. When you apply to become a Member, we may review your credit history. However, your credit history is not a factor in the approval process. In fact, we report all on - time payments through our partnership with Esusu, and 95 % of Members see an increase in their credit score.
Can I see a room before I move in?
Because we value the privacy of our Members, you are not allowed to tour the physical home before your move -in date. That’s why we have 3D tours of almost every property; you can get a tour without having to go anywhere! Once you are approved as a Member, you can view cross - streets for specific homes and see nearby attractions such as public transit, grocery stores, and gas stations. Your first room transfer is always free if this is your first Co-Living home.
Will I have to sign a lease to live in a PadSplit?
Co-Living requires a 12-week minimum stay, but you can opt for early move-out flexibility by pre-paying a one-time penalty at booking. If you leave Co-Living before the 12-week period without the flexibility upgrade, you'll be charged two weeks' dues, but you can transfer at any time with no penalty. You're entitled to one free transfer, where the move-in fee is waived, to another PadSplit property during your stay, regardless of your commitment period. After your initial commitment, you'll automatically transition to a week-to-week commitment. A credit or debit card must be kept on file.
